About Us
Navigo consulting was founded in 2011 in Iceland by Ágústa Thorbergsdóttir. She has been providing a range of clients consulting services in European and International affairs with a focus on EU Energy and Regional Policy.
She worked for over 10 years in Brussels with EEA and the Norwegian Financial Mechanism as a senior country officer. She knows the “ins and outs” of European funding and has an extensive contact network at the European Commission, EIB, EBRD, and many private and public institutions in Iceland.
More recently she has been focused in the realm of innovation and blue growth. She has grown Navigo through her partnerships in Iceland and through the Oslo International Hub.
She resides in Reykjavík, but dearly misses the food and cheese in Brussels!
